Each easy-to-take capsule is guaranteed to contain 6 billion active cells from four specially cultured bacterial strains, plus the fructooligosaccharides (FOS) that fuel probiotic activity to promote better digestive health.

Recommended Dosage: (adults): 3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. Children 1 year & older: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For young children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.

Caution: Discontinue use and consult a physician if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g., diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
